Carmen Barton is our bilingual (Spanish) firm administrator. Carmen graduated from the College of Mt. St. Vincent with a degree in finance. Carmen is available to assist our Spanish-speaking families navigate the very complex world of special education. Carmen supports our attorneys and staff at speaking engagements, meetings and community events reaching out to the Spanish-speaking communities by translating our presentations and reference information. Carmen is also responsible for all aspects of office management. She is the proud mother of three children and is very active in the community including volunteering with many nonprofit organizations.
